Our Staff Networks

Our strength comes from our people and their diverse experiences, perspectives and passion for serving our communities. That’s why we’re proud to support our staff networks. These colleague-led groups bring together individuals with shared backgrounds or interests to create inclusive, supportive spaces.

Our networks offer a safe space for connection, advice and peer support, especially during challenging times, whether in policing or wider society. They help our people feel seen, heard, and valued.

By reflecting the lived experiences of the communities we serve, our networks help shape more inclusive engagement, build trust and improve public service across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Network members play an active role in shaping a fairer workplace, offering vital feedback, raising concerns and driving inclusive initiatives that benefit everyone.

Staff networks are a vital channel for open dialogue between colleagues and leadership. Their insights help us grow, adapt and improve as an organisation.

Our support networks include, but are not limited to...

  • Hampshire Police Federation
  • Police Link Officers for Deaf people
