Volunteer Police Cadet Unit Leader
Are you passionate about empowering young people and helping them thrive? Join Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary as a Volunteer Police Cadet Unit Leader and play a key role in shaping the next generation. This rewarding role is perfect for someone who enjoys mentoring, community engagement, and developing their own leadership skills.
What you’ll do:
– Lead and support a local cadet unit
– Plan and deliver weekly sessions and community activities
– Build positive relationships with cadets, parents, and volunteers
– Promote the unit locally and help it grow
– Oversee welfare, safeguarding, records, and event planning
