๐Ÿ‘ฎ Thereโ€™s no limit to where a career in policing can take you โ€“ as one Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary Detective Inspector will certainly agree!

DI Lee was lucky enough to be selected for the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), representing Britain to explore ways to fight transnational crime.

The programme is run by the U.S. Department of State across five cities in the USA, between experts in terrorism, cybercrime, human trafficking, border security and financial crime.

Lee said, โ€œItโ€™s clear that collaboration is key. No agency or nation can tackle transnational crime alone, so multi-agency hubs and private sector partnerships are essential. These lessons will inform my work for years to come where Iโ€™ll be continuing to influence, support, and drive innovation within UK policingโ€.
