We’re recruiting Police Contact Enquiry Officers to join our Front Counter teams at:
📍 Fareham | Gosport | Winchester | EPIC, Portsmouth
💼 What you’ll do:
Be one of the first points of contact for the public — welcoming people into our police stations, listening to their concerns, and making sure their enquiries are handled professionally and sensitively. You’ll gather information, offer advice, direct enquiries to the right teams, and support both the public and police colleagues using a range of systems.
💷 Salary: £30,333 – £32,613 + weekend enhancements (Pro-rata for part-time vacancies)
🕒 Hours: Full-time, 37 hours (shift pattern), Part-time vacancies also available
📍 Permanent roles
