People from different backgrounds, with different experiences and working styles, help us learn and be the best police force we can be. This helps us to make better decisions and solve problems faster. This is extremely important because our actions can so easily make the difference in someone’s life.

We want colleagues to feel engaged and proud to work for Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary. We want them to feel recognised and valued for their work, with opportunities to lead and develop. We aim to be ethical and inclusive of all. We support each other and promote positive wellbeing to create a happy and healthy work environment.
