Contact Management deals with all incoming contact from members of the public via 101, 999, online channels and at police front counters (stations).

Working as part of frontline policing, we are often contacted by members of the public who are vulnerable, have been a victim of crime, are scared, or experiencing the worst day of their life so far. It is our job to support every person, regardless of their background, to ensure that they get the help they need.
